I’m Sheri & I love what I do….

I'm a C-IAYT certified Yoga Therapist who specializes in trauma informed yoga. An E-RYT 500 Yoga teacher and a Certified Reformer & Mat Pilates teacher. Your go-to gal for all things movement + lifestyle + wellness. Helping women the past 15 years heal, build strength, improve flexibility, and create a balanced lifestyle through movement and mindfulness has been such a blessing and a gift. I look at movement as medicine for the mind, body, & soul. My intention and passion is guiding women to ditch the diet culture mindset and stop living in the detox to retox loop. We can do this by integrating movement, mindset, and wellness into our daily lives, and actually enjoy doing it. LOL.

I've battled cancer since 2016. I've had so many surgeries that I've actually lost count. A staph infection that hospitalized me for two months and nearly killed me. I lost my mom to cancer. And, I battled addiction for a decade and was able to get sober.

To say I've been there - done that is pretty damn accurate and I'm a no BS kind of gal. I live for real talk, no fluff, have a twisted sense of humor, and I thrive on feeling alive & well. Movement, a positive mindset, and a balanced lifestyle has saved my life more than once. I want the same for you and I know it’s possible.
